As the after sales support is a key brand differentiator for the end consumer, Gitex is providing the after sales support and customer services via three maintenance and support centers located in Ramallah, Hebron and Nablus. The three centers are equipped with highly advanced testing, measurement and troubleshooting equipments and operating in accordance to the international repair standards Ii.e ISO certification) as well as the repair standards as set out by ALCATEL Onetouch. The engineering & and customer care staff that are providing the technical and support services all are highly qualified resources with continuous training programs being conducted by Alcatel Oentouch training centers located in Dubai, Paris and China.
